Fried
noodles are cooked like fried rice but much faster because you don't
need to parboil noodles first. This dish is easy and quick to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 hungry-man pack of indomie noodles
- 3 small carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1 frankfurter sausage
- 2 cabbage leaves
- A handful of peas ( These must be young peas else they might not cook in 10 minutes)
- 1/2 teaspoon curry (optional)
- 500 ml water ( 2 cups)
- Vegetable oil.
Preparation Method
Step 1
In a pot of boiling water, add your Indomie and its seasoning, stir a bit, add a little vegetable oil, cover for one minute and then add
other ingredients and allow to cook for another 4 minutes before
removing from heat.
Step 2
Serve hot or cold. You can serve with fish or boiled egg.
