Fried noodles are cooked like fried rice but much faster because you don't need to parboil noodles first. This dish is easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients
  • 1 hungry-man pack of indomie noodles
  • 3 small carrots
  •  1 large onion
  • 1 frankfurter sausage
  • 2 cabbage leaves
  • A handful of peas ( These must be young peas else they might not cook in 10 minutes)
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry (optional)
  • 500 ml water ( 2 cups)
  • Vegetable oil.

Preparation Method
Step 1
In a pot of boiling water, add your Indomie and its seasoning, stir a bit, add a little vegetable oil, cover for one minute and then add other ingredients and allow to cook for another 4 minutes before removing from heat.

Step 2
Serve hot or cold. You can serve with fish or boiled egg.
