Try this indomie noodle recipe today!
Ingredients
- 1 pack indomie noodles
- 2 Irish potatoes
- 1 small carrot
- 1 small spring onion
- 2 tbs green peas
- 1/2 tatashe
- 1 fresh pepper, scotch bonnet or habanero, pounded
- 1/2 onion bulb
- 1/4 tsp curry powder
Preparation Method
Step 1
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes. Wash and cut the carrots, tatashe, spring onions, and onions.
Step 2
Put the potatoes in a pot with about a cup of water and place on fire.
When it boils for about a minute, add the green peas and carrot and
allow to cook for two minutes.
Step 3
Add another cup of water, put the indomie in the pot. Allow to cook on one side for a minute before turning it over.
Step 4
Add the seasoning, tatashe, onions, curry and pepper, stir properly. If
the water in the pot is too small, add a little more. Cover and allow to
cook until there's little or no water left.
Step 5
Remove from heat and serve
hot and enjoy.
