BANANA SHAKE WITH MILO

This is a quick pick-me-up for an after school or sport snack. It's so refreshing, try it out today.
Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup cold trim milk
  • ½ cup plain unsweetened yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Milo
  • 2 tbsp of Oat(Quaker Oats)

Preparation Method
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend for 15-20 seconds or until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
