Ingredients
- 1 banana
- ¾ cup cold trim milk
- ½ cup plain unsweetened yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Milo
- 2 tbsp of Oat(Quaker Oats)
Preparation Method
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend for 15-20 seconds or until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
