GRILLED TANGY CHICKEN

This meal is so delicious and it is packed with tasty ingredients that fuse together for such a great recipe. This Grilled Tangy Chicken has such a delicious punch of flavor and the marinade is loaded with yummy ingredients. It is perfect for busy days or when you want dinner in a hurry. It is a summertime staple at our home.
Ingredients
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons dry mustard
  • 2½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 Tablespoon black pepper
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1½ teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
Preparation Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large glass dish.

Step 2
Add chicken and marinate for it least 4 hours. (You can marinate it overnight.)

Step 3
Grill on low and until chicken is cooked through, turning the chicken over half way through.
